"We dug up our basement for the third time and contacted every major waterproofing company in the State of Illinois along with several construction and concrete associations all to no avail. No one could tell us how we could water proof our home nor would they guarantee the methods they recommended. All of the methods were costly and many required us to water proof both the outside and inside our home.
Finally, a local builder of ICF homes recommended we call Armtec in Ontario Canada and ask about Platon.
After backfilling, we tested the product for days by running water directly against the foundation and the general area for 6-8 hours at a time. I figure we poured the equivalent of 15-20 inches of rain into the area. It was phenomenal; we had no water in our basement.We are most grateful to Armtec and can say with confidence we will never build another house without using the Platon waterproofing system. From a cost and peace of mind perspective it is the best way to safe guard such a large investment."

PLATON - DON'T BUILD WITHOUT IT!
Platon is manufactured in Armtec's plant from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), the same material used in corrugated plastic drain pipe, one of the toughest and longest lasting plastics. Platon provides a permanent water and moisture barrier.
